My wife was admitted in Artemis Hospital,Gurgaon on 1st feb 2016 for LSCS & our experience with them is something which I would like to share with others as well. The staff in this hospital (from Doctors,nurses,Guest relationship managers) is constantly working to make a patient's experience comfortable, less tense and memorable. My wife had a planned c section and she was really worried about the after effects of the same but her doctor Dr.Anjali gave her a crystal clear image of the whole procedure and removed her all doubts.This helped her a lot in boosting her confidence and because of the confidence given by Dr.Anjali to her, she stood up out of her bed and started walking.After two days of the surgery our relatives were shocked to see her walking all by herself in the corridor. Along with Dr.Anjali, Dr.Pooja & Dr.Preeti are also very helpful,efficient and reassuring. All the nursing staff (especially Mandeep,Jenny,Ravinder) is also very friendly,competent & professional.During the entire stay,the staff was calm and respectful and explained every little details like procedure of feeding the baby,changing nappies,sponging etc with patience. Last but not the least we would like to thank our guest relationship manager Ms.Karishma Gandhi.The arrangements made by her for us were worth remembering.From the moment we stepped in to the hospital till we left, Ms. Karishma was there to guide us regarding all the administrative matters like insurance,billing etc. The only flaw which I would like to share with the management is the non availability of hot water in the washroom during our stay But the nursing staff was courteous enough to bring us the hot water manually. So in the end,I would like to sum up my feedback with a big THANK YOU to the entire Artemis Gurgaon team & would like to wish you all the very best for the future.
