Ms. Chhaya Sinha Goel is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She has an experience of 14 years working with individuals as well as couples. She holds her specialization in working with adults using an eclectic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Emotion Focused Therapy. Her area of interest is also to work with couples using Sue Johnson as well as the Gottman approach. Her area of expertise includes working with mood difficulties, various psychiatric disorders, and relationship difficulties.
She holds a special interest in teaching and has conducted workshops across the country. She provides assessment as well as therapy supervision.
