Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation is the highest international hospital accreditation. It encompasses patient care indicators such as ideal physician practices, infection control, medication management, safety of care, eligibility and expertise of staff and physicians, patient education and multidisciplinary management of patients. Furthermore it also includes stringent levels of safety and maintenance of the facilities including all equipment, disaster preparedness, amongst several others. The JCI accreditation is only granted to hospitals that achieve the highest quality of patient care and safety that also matches up to international standards.

National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) is a principal board of Quality Council of India, initiated to establish and run accreditation programme for healthcare organisations of repute. The board is designed to implement the much anticipatedprerequisites of the consumers and to set benchmarks for progress of health industry. The board remains autonomous and self-governing in its affairs even as it is supported by all stakeholders including industry, consumers and government.
Artemis is the first hospital in Haryana to get NABH accreditation within 3 years of start up.

NABH Nursing Excellence fostered by NABH help individual nursing practitioners to assess the services they provide and also act as an impetus for self-direction, tuning and improvement. These help in regulating, guiding and bolstering professional nursing practices and serve as guidelines to all nursing administrators and supervisors to facilitate a safe and ethical nursing system.

The NABH Blood Bank is instrumental in accrediting blood banks, centres and blood transfusion services and it incessantly strives to upgrade the quality and safety of collecting, processing, testing, transfusion and distribution of blood and blood products. The accreditation program evaluates the quality and the operational standards within the facility. The accreditation comprisesof compliance with the NABH standards, applicable laws and regulations including guidelines set by National AIDS Control organisation (NACO).

Green OT Certificate is an internationally accepted certification that assesses a given facility as per the quality of safety and medical amenities present in the Operating Theatre. It is an independent third party rating by Bureau Veritas in relation to the protocols and practices taking place within an OT. These would cover parameters like air flow inside the OT, standardized OT set up, anasthesia machines and also warrant that the emission of Carbon dioxide, infrared rays and radiation are within admissible limits.
Artemis received Green OT certification in 2016.
NABL accreditation is the official and formal recognition of technical competence of a testing calibration of medical laboratory for a specific task following ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 15189:2007 standards. This is based on a third party assessment.
The Laboratory services of Artemis are accredited by NABL based on ISO 15189:2012 for a specified scope of tests.
This is a certification backed by WHO's definition of Good Pharmacy Practices & International Federation of Pharmacists. It stresses on good pharmacy practices which people rely on especially those who avail pharmacists' services on a regular basis to secure ideal evidence based care. The certification is based on five pillars- Medication management, Storage practices & Inventory management, Administrative control & responsible procurement, Drug distribution & control and competency & collaboration. Abbott Healthcare has collaborated with Bureau Veritas to foster this certification program to promote best patient care at pharmacies in hospitals. Artemis is the first first hospital in North India to receive Platinum ranking with PDQ certification.
